Steven, IMO it is not necessarily a positive (it could be possibly but not necessarily, his actions will hopefully let us decide that with time) for the CEO to own that much of the corp. He rules the jungle. What he wants he gets. It looks as though he has foregone (or at least let it accumulate w/o payment yet) some salary and it is accumulated in the current liabils area of the balance sheet and he has a no interest loan given to the corp from what I gather so he doesn't look to be wanting to raid the hen house (maybe even helping fortify it). But I've had a bad experience or 2 with corps that were majority held by one person or entity (CHAR.OB brings back nightmares LOL). He could come out and tell the BOD to give him a $500,000 bonus and guess what... He basically gets it (since he controls the corp). That being said, it was an impressive Q and I also nibbled (just a very little bit, I live down to my name). It was a Q that seemed a bit out of character from their norm so I am being cautious looking forward but who knows! They have a little cash now to work on paying off the owed salary and some of the other current liabs. It seems someone had a fair sized order to sell at $0.40. A LOT of shares traded at that level before she finally pushed thru a little higher. May get a chance to add in a few weeks if it calms down. Or maybe it'll double by then, LOL. All IMO. GLA.
