Trials are manipulated when the protocol is redone after the trial is already completed. It's moving the goal posts after the ball is kicked.

NWBO put it in the 10K "Risk" section to bury it. They certainly aren't including it with the TLD data unless it is to their benefit -- like with the PFS primary endpoint when they failed it -- they said it was "confounded." But it is certainly not convenient when the "new" naïve OS primary endpoint was also confounded -- don't see that OS confounding called out in the TLD presentations do you?? NWBO knows that the regulators may not accept the "new" protocol.

You call it "nonsense" but it's what NWBO's been telling you repeatedly and you sure don't want to believe it.
