Never posted here. Never will again. For 'reasons'. Straight poop & you can take it or leave it but info is gold. Offering failed. Not privy to reasons other than it went downhill fast. Financiers not happy as much time & money was spent for effort. Company still plans on the reverse split against some consternation from important people. No uplist for now. There is dissension amongst the ranks and expect one if not more of management to leave soon. Where pub co goes from here no idea. In need of cash and have none. Assume dilution unless told otherwise.
