This all seems horribly rushed, much of it is in French, which is wonderful for USA investors.

How do they expect to bankroll this company? Lots of shares exchanged, so dilution coming big time.

More shares may be issued to pay for this and the influx of employees, or it'll bankrupt SBFM, imo.

Same ol, same ol, generics and vitamins, nothing addressed, and it seems like it was so rushed to save the company from delisting.

My opinion, that's how I interpret.

Really appreciate much of it in French and nothing else addressed.
