That my friend is a "deep" question.

So new here … what is Nerdland and how is it good? Like seriously what does Nerdland offer to all this (besides money)?

While the lots sales are a GREAT thing. It offers the company a path to not only generate much needed capital, without having to sell more shares. It also reinforces the value of the remaining parcels. Which in turn creates value for the shareholders.

The bigger "long-term" answer is how they develop the TGC/GG world and build on their real goal of generating "paying" customers. The lot sales are a "one" time event, the real value is the month revenue stream for shareholders.
