People who think about SPSA conversion simply just sharing their own idea and do not have legal basis. Pref are NOT convertible... except just 1 sticker (i dont remember what it is).
I still dont understand , having them converted actually is adding more $$ on existing taking cases (remember over 100B+ payment already).... why would you idolized the thief to do more theft ? They are simply collateral.. Debt is already paid and SPSA need to be gone. Jr Pref unf cant get retro divy as courts said NO, but you all can get par later once companies off OTC and back to NYSE.. which everyone is in happy scenario.
