I feel like I'm the last one on Earth that still has faith in the prospects of this company. Maybe you all need to research the history of James DiPrima and his past. As the CFO of SIRC, he guided them to a $1+ with such ingenious tactics. He knows the finance aspect of Solar Photovoltaic equipment better than anyone in the field. His business strategy is unique and next level. I do appreciate the bear on here and he makes some valid points. What he misses is that this is a company experiencing a rebirth and the lower the SP, the greater the wealth in a few years. DiPrima planned this drop to low trips and he has left clues throughout concerning when dilution would happen and a smart investor could have traversed this terrain brilliantly using the clues DiPrima left. Its no secret there is no cash, no revenue yet. November project is on track and 2023 is loaded with projects. This is a 2 year hold for generational wealth. This drop to trips made that possible. I'm up to 31.5M. Adding every other day. A drop lower would mean a chance for 100M and i'd take that chance in a heartbeat. PRs about share cancellation indicate a possibility in 9-12 months for such cancellation, based on empirical data so that bear is not as smart as he thinks. DiPrima has pulled off such a share cancellation in 5 of his 7 previous companies. Averaged about 10 months after his PR. He took PAOG to the promise land as well, now he has a hot sector till 2030, complete control, a solar and FINANCE company with 40 years experience in finance and acct in the public and private sector. This is DiPrima's chance to leave his legacy. He is 70, he isn't looking to screw people over for a couple bucks at this age. He has always been honorable and loyalty will be paid out here.
