So… statistics show that the overall real estate market is slowing a bit? That seems to be the case all over the country. Just had this same conversation with a realtor yesterday. Whether it’s Charlotte or anywhere in the country- we are seeing a slowing of the previously hot real estate market

Thus- it may take more time to sell a home because buyers have more leverage. Houses aren’t appraising at the 115% rate that they had been 6 months ago and now are appraising around the 100-101% appraisal zone. Selling prices may have to be lowered. It has less to do with anything else and more to do with a slowing real estate market. It’s a cycle..

The real narrative is actually the large amount of news that should be announced soon by CAVR. Financing, 2 x LOI’s, share buybacks, OTCQB uplist, Q3 earnings- the list goes on and on. That’s all due to be announced soon. That’s a lot of good news all coming shortly. There’s a run coming. Patience is the hardest thing in the short term…
