I think it just wasn’t noticed yet. The name suggests a resource company but it’s not anymore, and the “vacation” sector hasn’t been hot.
It got noticed after the financials but then the overall market went into the 3rd leg of a decline.

Given the decline the overall market is in, this has held up nicely. IMO
