That is why the stock down to $0.05.
They will announce a RS along with another financing.
That should knock the stock down another 50%.
Charlie and company are lying scammers IMO.
They promoted mining bitcoin and never had the ability to do it.
They needed $300 million to buy the machines.
Now the company is a shell with huge dilution and no prospects.
