the o/s is the magic here. all it takes is $2M in net profits and we're worth a buck on a 20 p/e....... managment knows this and that's probably one of the reasons they don't want to add any shares to it.

however, once the pps is up there this valuation will become their most powerful bargaining chip at the negotiating table for acquisitions.
