Management Going Forward:
Executive Officers
o Ross Miller, the third co-CEO appointed by the Nevada Court, shall be the sole
CEO of the Company. Miller and his team, which may include Gabe Hunterton
as President, shall run the Company subject to the oversight of the Company’s
Board of Directors (the “Board”).
o John Colucci (co-CEO) and Phil Jones (CFO) will immediately voluntarily resign
as executives/employees of Vinco or any subsidiary/joint venture.
Jones agrees to consult with the Company at $250/hour as requested by
the Company on a month-to-month basis.
Directors
o John Colucci, Elliot Goldstein and Michael DiStasio will immediately voluntarily
resign from their positions on the Board of Directors.
