Hey help, I just don't see it that way at this point. Yes, SHs have be notified that they 'have the option' to do the split. I do not see them doing it as they obviously have done in the past. I do not see a R/S for the remainder of the year nor into 2023.

As you well know, I still have a lot to learn about GTCH and I certainly can be wrong here. In fact, I will give you the edge on having more knowledge of the workings of their management. For all the SHs sake, this time I would like to be correct.
