I agree. He has not been talking about crushing the non-existent shorts or claiming he has multiple funding deals imminent anymore.
People on his twit stock promotion page have indicated they reported him.
I know of someone that reported him for not disclosing the $9 million HPNN (and Peter, as sole control person) currently owe to just one person.

Serial-fraudster (per the courts) Peter know he owes this money, because he has been getting served and new liens have been granted since he lost his court case.

Now he has a debtor exam on Monday to explain any assets existing. If he doesn't show up, the $10K warrant ordered against Petey becomes and ARREST WARRANT.
