Just a final remark about valuation. With an OS of 235 million and an SP of .006 the market cap is a lousy $1.5 million. Software is valued at $1.4 million per 06/30/2022. But the software has a fair market value of $9.2 million. See form 10/A. The free float is 158 million, as 76 million shares are restricted. With little news we could fly to .05 and more.
