The Company received advanced payments from Amtronics related to the License Agreement, which have been recorded as contract liabilities and will be recognized as revenue in accordance with ASC Topic 606 once the performance obligations are met. As of December 31, 2019 and June 30, 2019, contract liabilities were $1,197,973 and $500,000, respectively.
