They send him notice long before his company gets put on Administrative Hold in Nevada. This is the last resort for Nevada. Petey, you had plenty of time to get your California business license back. I see it is still in "Forfeit" status.
A Nevada-registered company must have a "valid" business license in their home (headquarters) state. If they do not, it is considered doing business "illegally", thus the notice sent to petey and then finally the administrative hold put on HPNN.
Petey needs to contact California, since he hasn't filed there since 2016 or 2017, I believe. Gonna cost some money and time, but he could use his so-called competent attorney to figure it out.
So, blame it on Nevada? LOL
