I don't accept the premise of your question as Mexus has not accomplished anything.

They've spent $38 million and have nothing to show for it.

To argue your point, any other companies that have spent $38 million and have not achieved any repeatable operations are bankrupt and out of business.

Not exactly the point you're trying to make.
