I pretty much have to agree. They have no conscience. Keep doing the same thing over and over again, making the same mistakes. The old president put them in this position, but Tim has not done anything to get them out of it. The only thing they keep hanging their hat on is this non-dilutive financing that as you have said in the past, has been very dilutive since they started talking about it. At this point, that is there only hope since they haven't shown the shareholders any other way of getting financed to get operations started. After all the convertible debt, Tim hasn't gotten one truck out.

That I don't understand!
