Honestly man...I have no clue. I met them in Naples (where I live) but everything has changed dramatically since then. They were very tight lipped but when we discussed numbers to buy the shell they were less than 300k.
As a builder things are still booming and prices are high...for material too.
With the right management the sky is the limit.

God only knows.
