I can't remember exactly but I was thinking companies had to make material event disclosures within 10 business days of the event's occurrence.

So in this case, this appears to be a change of control, so we should see an 8K out next week to find out exactly what occurred..... and considering they paid $610K for Nextcoal's shares, whatever it is could be interesting for sure.

Took a looong time but hopefully it was worth the wait, its one of my last older shells I have left.
