The company is in Chapter 7 bankruptcy, being liquidated and shut down.
So that you don’t have to rely on anyone, I’ll suggest Googling “Immune Pharmaceuticals bankruptcy docketbird” and it’ll come right up. To understand what chapter 7 is, Google that. It’s pretty straightforward.
All the crap you see about cytoviatx and their business has absolutely nothing to do with Immune Pharmaceuticals, completely separate company.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
