Something must be seriously wrong.
Since HPNN cannot get a TRANSFER AGENT VERIFIED status on OTC Markets, there could already be close to 10 billion shares issued and outstanding.
After all, we all know Petey lies in his financial disclosures.

Total Shares Authorized: 10,600,000,000 as of 05/23/2022
and special preferred shares went up exponentially from 10 to 120 million special shares.
