I was right. Caren was silent this whole time because of #2. This is an absolute dud of a merger and there will probably be some derivative shareholder lawsuits coming for Caren, Avi Minkowitz, Avi Geller, Leonite Capital and possibly Franklin if he knew and didn't inform shareholders while he was still custodian. There was no way that this shell sold for $305K with a merger this bad, and the Avi's not expecting to make their money back tenfold. Not sure how they do that unless the fix was in from the beginning.
