If they spin off the biotech business I wonder how they will restructure the remaining government business entity. They clearly have to do something and they have a high growth biotech software support business hidden inside the Foundry Division. I doubt very much that they are going to just sit back and wait for profitability in 2025. My take is that they are going to reorganize sooner than later.
