Exactly. It's OK if there is a lack of understand how percentages work. We we are all here to help!

I know, even basic math goesintas can be a challenge, like how many 1s goesintas a 100.

1 / 100 = 0.0100000

1/100 does not equal .01%. It equals 1%

Amazing the number of people that don't know 'basic math' which is taught in grade school btw along with shapes, colors, etc. I would think you would need 'basic math' to be a stock analyst? But I guess if you are faking, then maybe not.

Probably lose a lot of money in life if you don't know 'basic math'.

Example: You invest $200K into a stock and lose 95%. How much do you have left. See this is why percentages are important.

This story came out today. Maybe loss of 'basic math', if ever had the skill, is an effect of having Covid?

COVID can impair brain function, large study suggests

Everyone can thank their lucky stars Todos as Tollovid that might help people from having psychosis, dementia, ‘brain fog and challenges with 'basic math'.

"Children usually start learning some basic percentage skills in fourth grade (calculating 10%, 50%, 75% and 100%). 5th graders and 6th graders continue to develop their skills. And percentages are "real" life math skills."

If someone is unsure of 'basic math' they can ask a 10 year old.
