So your implying that the price share will be at 0010 cents when by the time a R/S would be executed hence the 5000-10000 to 1 guesstimation. In my experience which is very limited r/s go down before up umless there is a revenue producing comoany that has to reduce the OS. Which at that point why not do a buy back and drive the price up instead of down. I DO NOT believe a r/s is in store but only time will tell.
