Interesting. Not only is the expected significant change in operation checked yes, (which is not the case in their prior NT filings) but it was dated June 30th. In the past, and typical for any filler, the NT is dated the day of the filing.

Something is coming and they knew it was coming is what it looks like. Combined with the issuance of the B preferred shares in Nevada I would say we will hear something before the end of this week.
