Not due until August 31, 2022. I also thought they were due today but was quickly reminded that they have 90 days for an annual filing from the end of year which was May 31, 2022. It is 45 days from the end of a quarter for a quarterly filing.
I am holding out great hope that they at least announce the date for the filings soon! This has been an incredibly long journey with absolutely no updates. Now, having said that, if they are going through the audit as they have stated, they may be limited in what they are allowed to announce or that is my fleeting hopes anyway.
