SB has his African miner deal and Netherlands deal that he posted about earlier in the year coming into financial reporting. He has to show it on the Income Statement for period ending 7/31 in order to prove it's real but the so called cash that he received in early April didn't show up On4's Balance Sheet ending 4/30.

He until mid Sept to report.

Also 1 million preferred shares got deducted from SB's total recently without explanation.

Lastly the Canouses are still involved here.
