SP, Thanks for your response. With all of what you stated how do we get to $5.00 and above in order to be uplisted to the NASDAQ ? I really don't care if we do a reverse split as long as the monetary value of my shares goes up . I personally need to go from a substntial loss, to break even and hopefully hit profitability. So how do we get there by the end of the year or November 1. I am not sure which is the true date, either way we don't have much time. Thanks
