For some reason, the market hasn't factored in the impending merger with XTI (which seems imminent based on recent, publicly-available information) or the tremendous revenue potential of the Movychem JV deals. To my mind, the stock is currently undervalued by a factor of 5, if not more. And that's not including some of the behind the scenes activity we've heard about (ie, "advanced discussions" with one or more legacy aerospace companies AND military contracts via Gen. Holt).
