Um, not at all true. For one thing, all records of the president is to stay in the WH historical agency/archive. Orangeblubberbutt TOOK boxes of documents in the weeks after losing and probably much more in the past OUT of the WH. Any documents that a president is trying to procure for his 'library' are always passes through numerous chains of security. Orangeblubberbutt removed at least 20 to 30 boxes on his own and HE had them delivered to his personal residence. If anyone questioned what he was doing, he probably yelled at them to shut up because he was president and can do what he wants.

Part of the evidence the fbi has was video surveillance of people moving boxes around AFTER they requested the return of all the rest he held.
