I agree that MMs control the OTC.
The SEC or whoever oversees the OTC should not allow MMs to trade that Extra Digit !!!
This extra digit allows MMs to buy and sell what the Retail Investor cannot.
This in turn allows MMs to Manipulate a given stock to their advantage.
This is true ....
