Problem they may have is that any potential buyer can see their numbers and lowball them for a company purchase, .02 cents a share to avoid bankruptcy, investors or merger candidates might wait until they are up against bankruptcy next year to buy at a low price, could first see a 10:1 reverse split eventually, back to 9 or 10 a share to create a micro float of 2 million shares, many investors buy and hold micro floats for the potential of a major increase with volume so it could increase speculative investment without having to do a share registration while maintaining Nasdaq
