I'm on the fence. 100:1 minimum, but I don't know that 500:1 or 1000:1 makes much of a difference. I think "only" 100:1 may sound better to people. They'll think "well, it could have been much worse." I say that because of the preferreds.
OS=60 million (100:1)
OS=12 million (500:1)
OS=6 million (1000:1)
When the preferreds are converted, that adds 2,937,884,400 to the OS (as it currently sits. If all of the preferreds are issued and converted, it would add 4,000,000,000 to the OS). So 2,997,884,400 is really no different than 2,943,884,400. They could potentially just do a 2:1 and end up right about where they are right now. I don't think they would go that route, just because they want that PPS up as much as possible, making the preferreds more valuable. If I had to bet, I'd put my money on 1000:1.
What an amazing company.
