Totally untrue! The JOB of the TA is to account for shares in peoples accounts! When the totals of the shares counted do NOT meet the total of outstanding shares reported by the company? There's your illegal shares!

Did anyone ask the TA if the number of shares reported by the brokerages EQUALS the number of outstanding shares reported by the company? I don't think so. You stated that you asked the TA if "they tracked illegal shares". His answer was correct. There's no way to know if the shares reported by each broker are legal or illegal.

They can only take the number of shares reported and add them up. If they equal the number of OS shares, there isn't an issue.

There's NO Naked Short position in DBMM - according to the reported numbers by the TA.

Period.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
