It is not registered with the SEC either. That myth was posted for a long time here on the EVLI board..

The only reason that false claim isn't still posted here is because I had to take a screenshot proving it was false and post it here.

This is why I am pointing out that false EVLI DD is being posted by desperate longs hoping to dump on new investors.
