I emailed Brian Kistler (today) to see if he knew who got the VGTL shell and he did not know. As far as DiPrima he just keeps saying he has nothing to do with VGTL but at the same time says nothing as far as who he sold the shell to.

With under a billion reported shares this one still has the capacity to run if the new owners go about this right. Shame they do not want to give their faithful long term shareholders the time of day with any information regarding who has the shell.

IMO that is BS!
