Normally there's a "control block" of preferred shares with super voting rights buuuuuuuuuut if memory serves renee or another vet said they couldn't find any such preferred shares in SYSX fins k.

So the only way for them to initiate any changes to the share structure is via the proxy vote path k brother.

I'm sure they do have enough votes to approve the r/s on monday regardless just based on how many shares Bigger and others already have though...but we'll soon see.

Baffling how the CEO remains silent on the overdue Ostendo closing however...especially with the reverse split vote now only 2 and a half trading days away right!
