not one single concrete tangible firm "hang your hat on" remedy to small miners in solving the deadlock in the Chilean government to get exploitation permits issued or reduce the current bureaucratic roadblocks preventing these miners from starting up as she does her standard 4 month old song & dance waiting to see if the man-hating mining-hating new Constitution Rewrite will be approved on September 4 by the voters which will effectively cripple/castrate all the mining in Chile.

PS, Dear Marcela, LATAM airlines removed one first first class seat in their airplane and installed a double-wide seat to accommodate your ever-increasing-in-size fat butt on your trip to this last useless hot-air dog & pony conference... are you going to pay for that seat "adjustment" out of your own pocket or is the government going to get stuck with that bill also?
