I agree. What possible motivation would they have to go through all of these efforts if the CE was not expected to be removed?

Without the USA markets to be able to buy the stock, they would be spinning their wheels and wasting time and money if it stays on. There is no point pumping if buying is limited to this extent.

Their total existence relies on having it removed. They have moved forward with the company like they have a future.
