I'd agree that the Annual Meeting must eventually be held, however the Preferred C's do allow them the financial flexibility not to be forced into it for funding. You're right that stockholders could force it, but in so doing they could be shooting themselves in the foot vs. doing it in the manner the company chooses to. I hope the company is allowed to do the meeting on the terms they choose, if they determine not to wait for the Journal, at least it will have been their decision.

As others have pointed out, LP and the team have gotten the company to a position to succeed where hundreds of others have failed. I believe they've earned the right to do it on their own terms.
