I think we all need to look back at May 10th and ask, what would have happened had Linda Liau been there to make the presentation. What would AdamF done, or would he just stayed silent, I really don't know.
I believe the company really looked at NYAS as their coming out party, all sorts of people from the company were in attendance. I think it was also intended to be an insurance policy that gave them something to present at ASCO if the Journal didn't make it by then.
Sadly it went to hell in a handbasket when Dr. Liau developed Covid-19 in England and couldn't attend and apparently was too sick to do a Zoom presentation. AdamF got word of it and did his best to accuse Dr. Liau of lying and not wanting to make the presentation, what would have been if it had been handled differently, but sadly it wasn't. Essentially the presentation there was repeated by Dr. Ashkan and shown at the booth at ASCO, but by then the damage was done.
When will we get the Journal, the Annual Meeting, the official TLD Statement, I believe right now it's all revolving around the Journal, but they cannot hold everything forever. The biggest difference as far as I'm concerned between what we've been given and an official TLD statement is that in a true TLD statement you get more than data, you get a statement of what the plans for the company are going forward.
Everyone who's a regular here knew that the Clinical Trials database was out of date, we'll probably never know why the company waited so long to do the update. I know nothing about what's required by Journals and what they sequester, but I have a hard time believing that they were the cause that clinical trial couldn't be updated, especially after the European versions had been.
I certainly think that there are things the company could have done better, but I suspect that had Dr. Liau been at NYAS we wouldn't be discussing any of this and the share price would be somewhere North of $2.
