I am reiterating what the CEO has stated. She said there are many subsidiaries coming from Aamani and going into ILIM. They are injecting cash and operations into the shell as opposed to a full fledged merger of everything. They prefer to do the little at a time approach. ILIM is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aamani.
