It doesn’t look like a “ merger “ is what CC
has in mind for the moment.


As I read the PR the funds - or most of
the funds - for the start up of the new line
of jeans and other products will be provided
by the Country Music Artist.


So will the sponsor receive CGAC shares
in exchange for the funds and if so will he/she
have a majority interest?
