Per your recommendation, I checked out SXOOF and looked over their "Corporate Update" in SeekingAlpha. They outline alot of high level plans for recycling but are short on actual implementation. As an example, they talk about 3 plants and say "one is to be located in Baie-Comeau, QC" when describing the first. This implies that they haven't yet secured a building for the first plant but they then go on to claim that this plant "is expected to come online in the last quarter of 2022".

It has taken ABML more than one and a half years to get permits and approvals and construction on their pilot plant. I can't imagine that Quebec's regulatory environment is more relaxed than Nevada's so their claim that the first plant will come online in 4Q22 should set off alarm bells. The fact that the stock price continues to collapse should trigger more alarm bells.
