Ah_yes, the_2 cents_cash payment_frosting on_the cake._5+2=7 cents correcto.
The 2 cent payment is from Gil Playford to close out our $2.5M bank account... I forgot about that, but you're right. That 2 cents needs to be factored into the equation if you're going to pump buying BLILF over LTHHF.
