Shows no change to OS which means no dilution.

A lot of that knee jerk retail with what looked to be an old or legacy shareholder that popped up. Only change is what was held in dtc since April.

89 mil OS here trading thin again with 53 mil at dtc. Surprised more aren’t locking this one up …….. non dilutive, revenue producing deal in the works here (get over the billion dollar asset pipe dream) I am good with a legit merger.
