Sorry hilo,

EVLI filed a motion to dismiss almost 2 months ago and Sharp hasn't objected to it.

Instead, Sharp stated in an open letter to Blankenship shortly after that he decided against further litigation.

This explains the lack of any objections in court on behalf of Sharp.

Instead, Sharp stated that he would be willing to accept an unconditional surrender of EVLI, if Blankenship would surrender all controlling interest and forgive all debts owed to him.

This seems unlikely since Blankenship has been fighting Sharp in court to retain control of EVLI for a year or so.

The likely outcome based on information at this time, is the court will grant EVLI's motion to dismiss.

Blankenship will decline Sharps offer to an unconditional surrender of the shell and Sharp will be able to gracefully exit the EVLI drama to focus his attention on GVSI, SRNW and WNFT.

GVSI just had some great news regarding Sharp's effort in court to eliminate third party debt on his actual custodianship.

EVLI is likely to die a slow death since everyone seems to agree that blankenship will not be able to bring it current.

Thems the breaks.

Not much upside for EVLI moving forward and there is still time to salvage something here as a few people still have hope, based on false and/or outdated DD.

GLTU, IMO and FWIW.
